Insurance and Fees
For example, a family of four that earns between $50,201 and $66,750 would have a $40 co-pay. A family of four that earns less than $50,201 would have a lower co-pay. A family of four that earns more than $60,750 would pay the full price for services rendered. Please contact our business manager, Rachel Capra, for any questions or to discuss payment plans.
No patient shall be denied services based on their inability to pay.
